About me
Tarun Anand (tarun.anand [at] gmail [dot] com) is an Indian IT entrepreneur, software engineer and the co-founder of The Perfect Future. Born in Delhi India, he graduated with a B.Tech in Computer Science in 1994 from IIT Kanpur. Subsequently, he did his M.S. at University of Texas at Austin. Tarun Anand has been working with Microsoft for the last seven years. He has been on the design and implementation teams of several MS products including Windows NT and 2000, DCOM, COM+ and most recently the Common Language Runtime. He holds several patents in the field of distributed systems. Tarun is Worldwide Software Architect of the Year, 2003

Quikr - Online Classifieds

I am sure some of you may have come across the online classifieds space www.quikr.com - Quikr.
This site seems like the leader in the online classifieds space in India. I had a meeting with them last week and was quite impressed by their traffic. Do give it a try as and when you have things to sell

I also got to knnow from Pranay, their CEO that Craigs List, is a not-for-profit organization. Its quite interesting to know that such organizations thrive in the heart of capitalism of Silicon Valley.
